Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs

Want baby back ribs that literally melt in your mouth? Try this recipe, direct from our very special quality assurance and product developer extraordinaire!

Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Roast Time: 4 hours
Grill Time: 30 minutes

1 rack of baby back ribs, 5-6 lbs.
Rib seasoning of your choice
½ cup The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®

Preheat oven to 250° F. Season ribs with seasoning of your choice. Wrap ribs in foil and cook for 4 hours.  When they are done, drain the juices into a bowl.  Pour The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® in with the juices and stir.

Preheat grill. When coals are hot, place ribs, carefully, directly on grill, basting occasionally with The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® and meat juices.  Since the meat is already fully cooked, you simply want to caramelize the sauce onto the ribs.  Flip the ribs and spread more sauce over them, saving some for dipping.  Once ribs have a nice dark caramelized look, remove them from grill. No need to cut; they will fall apart and melt in your mouth!! Serves 4
