Turkey or Ham & Cheese Panini with The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Jam

Got a bit of ham or turkey leftover from holiday meals? Try these excellent planned-over paninis and your clan won’t complain about leftovers!

Prep Time:  10 minutes
Bake Time:  20 minutes

Brush bread slices on one side with olive oil. Mix Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Jam with mayonnaise; spread on the opposite side of four slices. Layer with 2 slices turkey or ham, 2 cheese slices, 4 leaves baby spinach, 1 slice purple onion, and 4 slices black olives. Top with other slice of bread (olive oil side out). Heat in a panini press until crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serves 4

Ham and Cheese Hoagies with Pretzel Dipping Mustard

For a quick and easy yowlin’ good meal, try these fantastic hoagies! Especially good with leftover ham from your holiday meals.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake Time: 15-20 minutes

Preheat oven to 250°F. Combine butter, Fischer & Wieser Pretzel Dipping Mustard, onions, and dill seed. Spread insides of buns with this mixture. Place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham inside each bun. Wrap buns in foil and place in preheated oven. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese has melted. Serves 8

Roast Beef Hoagies with Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce

These hoagies are so yummy, and quick & easy to fix! Try for lunch or dinner; feed a crowd of teenagers or a bunch of guys on poker night! They’ll ask for these again!

Time: 15 minutes
Broil Time: 3-6 minutes

  • 6 hoagie buns, split
  • 1/4 – 1/2  cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup  Fischer & Wieser Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce
  • 1-1/2 to 2 pounds deli sliced roast beef (mesquite smoked preferably)
  • 1/2 purple onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 12 slices provolone cheese

Cut rolls in half, and place on a baking sheet. Spread each half with mayonnaise and Fischer & Wieser Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce mixture. Layer with roast beef, purple onion, black olives and Provolone.  Broil 3 to 6 inches from heat source for 2 to 4 minutes (keep a constant eye on it) until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Mix up extra mayonnaise and Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce as a dip for chips or hoagies. Serves 6
