Mom’s Tomato Basil Soup is wonderful heated right from the jar, but add a few bells and whistles and you have yourself a culinary masterpiece. This one is fancy enough to serve to company – and no one ever need know it came from a jar!

Prep Time: 20 min
Grill Time: 25-35 min
Wash and prep veggies. Slice squash and peppers; quarter onions; cut ends off green beans. Place all veggies in a single layer on a doubled sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Pour Fischer & Wieser Sweet & Savory Onion Glaze evenly over all vegetables. Using doubled foil, cover veggies and “seal” edges tightly. Grill on low fire, or towards edge of grill, until veggies are tender. (Test with fork through top layer of foil after about 25-35 minutes, depending on heat). Serves 6
