Easy No-Bake Pumpkin Pie

Try this easy-to-make pumpkin pie  any time—holidays or everyday! Even those who don’t like pumpkin pie profess to love this! Best part–only 20 minutes to make!

Prep Time:  20 minutes

1 ready-made 9” graham cracker pie crust

Filling:

Layer 1: 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip from large container
1 cup confectioner’s sugar

Mix together with electric mixer until smooth. Spread over crust.

Layer 2: *1 small package  instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1-1/4 cups Fischer & Wieser Pumpkin Pie Butter

Follow “pie” directions on package for making pudding. Stir Fischer & Wieser Pumpkin Pie Butter into pudding. Spread layer over
cream cheese layer.

Layer 3: Remainder of Cool Whip from large carton.
Spread over Fischer & Wieser Pumpkin Pie Butter layer. Allow to chill thoroughly.
Serves 10- 12

*May omit vanilla instant pudding and just spread Fischer & Wieser Pumpkin Pie Butter over Layer 1 if desired.

Pumpkin Pie Butter Empanadas

These are the easiest little treats your family will ever love! Great for every day breakfasts,  holiday brunches, afternoon teas, or after dinner desserts!

Prep Time:  15 minutes
Bake Time: 10-12 minutes

1 8-ounce can crescent rolls
1/3-1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Pumpkin Pie Butter
1 can cream cheese frosting (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Open crescent rolls and separate triangles. Place 1 tablespoon Fischer & Wieser Pumpkin Pie Butter in center of each crescent roll. Fold over and press edges together. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until empanadas are golden brown. Remove from oven. Allow to cool. Frost if desired with cream cheese frosting. Serves 4

Black Forest Brownie Torte

This beautiful torte, made with a brownie mix, Fischer & Wieser’s Old Fashioned Cherry Pie Filling, cream cheese frosting and just a dab of Kirsch makes it–well–so adult, and so Bavarian! It will surprise you with its ease of preparation, and your family and guests with its lusciousness!

Preparation:  15-20 minutes
Baking Time:  30-35 minutes

1 brownie mix plus (2-3 eggs, 1/4 – 1/3 cup oil and 1/2 cup water) or whatever your favorite mix requires
1-2 teaspoons Kirsch (optional)
1 can prepared cream cheese frosting
1 cup Fischer & Wieser Old Fashioned Cherry Pie Filling
Shaved milk chocolate for garnish

Prepare brownies following directions on package, except pour into round 9-inch baking pan instead of square or rectangular pan. Cool thoroughly.

Mix Kirsch in prepared cream cheese frosting. Place flower tip on cake decorators icing bag;  fill with frosting.  Create a floral rim around the outside of brownie.  Spoon Fischer & Wieser Old Fashioned Cherry Pie Filling inside floral rim. Slice into wedges; garnish with shaved milk chocolate. Serves 8-12
