Charred Pineapple Bourbon Cheese Cake

Try this luscious dessert when you’re looking for something a little different to top off a fine meal!

Prep Time:  15-20 minutes
Bake Time:  20 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix gingersnaps and melted butter and press into bottom of 8-inch square baking pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.  Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed after each addition until just blended.  Stir in Fischer & Weser Charred Pineapple Bourbon Sauce.  Pour batter over crust.  Bake 20 minutes or until just set.  Cool.  Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.  Yield:  16 servings
