Chicken Chili with Southwestern Chili Starter
Easy and delicious! Just sauté diced chicken breasts and pour our Southwestern Chili Starter over it and let the slow-cooker do the rest!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time 2-8 hours
- Cooking Spray
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed of fat & cartilage, then diced (or 2-1/2 cups diced cooked chicken)
- 2-1/2 cups Southwestern Chili Starter
Spray sauté pan with cooking spray. Add diced chicken breasts; sauté over medium heat until slightly browned. Add to slow cooker. Pour Southwestern Chili Starter over diced sautéed breasts. Set slow cooker on low and cook 6-8 hours, or on high and cook 2-3 hours. Serves 6.
