Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Fischer & Wieser Plum Chipotle BBQ Sauce

For a tender and juicy grilled entreé, you can’t beat this recipe! The smoky plum chipotle flavor blends perfectly with pork – and the leftovers are great in a flour tortilla or salad!

Place trimmed meat in a zip-sealing bag and add 1 cup of the Plum Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Seal bag and turn to coat meat. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour or up to eight hours. Remove meat from marinade and season all over with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Preheat char grill to medium heat. Place meat on preheated grill. Grill to an internal temperature of 145°, using an instant-read thermometer, about 25-30 minutes. Baste often with additional Plum Chipotle BBQ Sauce. Remove meat to a cutting board with juice well; cover loosely with foil and allow meat to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/2-inch thick slices. Garnish with plum slices. Pour any meat drippings from juice well over the meat before serving. Yields 4 to 6 servings
