Four Star Black Raspberry Chipotle Grilled Pork Tenderloin

For a really impressive meal with little muss or fuss, nothing is easier than grilled pork tenderloin. When cooked properly, it’s tender and juicy and very, very flavorful. Add Fischer & Wieser Four Star Black Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and YOU have created a masterpiece!

Prep Time:  15 minutes
Bake Time:  20-30 minutes

  • 2 pork tenderloins, each about 1 pound, trimmed of silverskin
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh sage
  • 3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups Fischer & Wieser Four Star Black Raspberry Chipotle Sauce

Preheat char grill to medium. In a small bowl combine rosemary, sage, garlic, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Whisk to blend well. Rub some of the oil mixture over each tenderloin, then grill, turning often, until meat registers 145 degrees on an instant-read meat thermometer, about 20-30 minutes. Baste often with remaining herb and oil mixture. Remove meat from grill, cover loosely with foil and set aside to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. While meat is resting, heat the Fischer & Wieser Four Star Black Raspberry Chipotle Sauce in a saucepan. Slice the meat on the bias about 1/2-inch thick. Fan the slices out on each serving plate and spoon a portion of the heated sauce down the middle of the slices. Serve hot. Serves six.
