1 cup Italian Blend shredded cheese
¼ cup chopped pecans

Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
- 3 medium avocados – peeled, pitted and diced
- 3/8 cup Fischer & Wieser Guacamole Starter–Just Add Avocados
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- garlic salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Salsa a La Charra Salsa
- 4 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives – drained and finely chopped
- large bag tortilla chips, crackers, etc.
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Mix in Fischer & Wieser Guacamole Starter–Just Add Avocados , cilantro, garlic salt and pepper. In a small bowl, blend the sour cream and taco seasoning. In a 9 x 13 inch dish or on a large serving platter, spread the refried beans. Top with sour cream mixture, then Fischer & Wieser Salsa a la Charra Salsa. Spread on guacamole. Top with tomatoes, green onions, Mexican-style cheese blend and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers of your choice. Serves 12 as appetizer.
