Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Hot Wings at Home

Want hot wings with an attitude you can fix at home? One taste of these and you’ll be crowing for more! The pomegranate and mango add just the right amount of sweet-tart, and then…there’s the chipotle! Yum!

Prep Time:  10-15 minutes
Cook Time:  25-30 minutes


  • 12-15 3-inch long celery sticks
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups blue cheese dip

Preheat oven to 475°F. Oil rack of a broiler pan; arrange the wings, skin side up on broiler pan and bake them for 25 minutes.  Remove wings from oven; brush with the Fischer & Wieser Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Sauce.  Return wings to oven and broil them about 4 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until they are crisp.  Serve on warm platter with celery sticks and blue cheese dip if desired. Serves 4

*May also use:  Fischer & Wieser  The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® (1 cup mixed with 1/4 cup soy sauce) in place of Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Sauce

Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sesame Wings

If you’re a lover of good spicy chicken wings, then try out this version. It will put your party over the finger-lickin’ good edge!

Prep Time:  15-20 minutes
Grill Time:  15 minutes
Bake Time:  7-10 minutes

Preheat a gas char grill to medium heat. Grill the chicken wings until cooked through, about 15 minutes. While wings are grilling combine all remaining ingredients in a heavy 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking often, just until the butter has melted. Remove from heat and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. When wings are done, place them in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Bake in preheated oven for about 7 minutes, or until wings are well glazed. Transfer to serving plate and serve hot. Serves 6-8
