Gooey, drippy, Queso Dip is a Texas party standard. Serve it in a chafing dish or crock pot with some good tortilla chips and you’ve got yourself an instant party with some really good grub! Our version using Fischer & Wieser Queso Starter—Just Add Cheese , gives the directions right in the name!

Prep Time:  5 minutes
Cook Time:  30 minutes

• 1 pound pasteurized processed cheese, cut into small chunks
• 9 ounces (1-1/8 cup) Fischer & Wieser Queso Starter—Just Add Cheese
• 1 (12 ounce or larger) bag tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot set on low. Cook, stirring often, until cheese has melted and mixture is creamy. Leave in crock pot to serve; serve hot with tortilla chips.

• 1 pound pasteurized processed cheese, cut into small chunks
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
• 1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser ¡Especial! Pasilla Chile Finishing Sauce
• 1 (12 ounce or larger) bag tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot set on low. Cook, stirring often, until cheese has melted and mixture is creamy. Leave in crockpot to serve; serve hot with tortilla chips.
