Traditional Steak & Grilling Ribeye Roast

Fischer & Wieser’s Traditional Steak & Grilling Sauce’s classic flavor gives any meat that juicy, smokey goodness everyone loves! But on Ribeye—WOW!

Prep Time:  20 minutes
Cook Time:  2 hours

1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons onion salt
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons hickory smoke salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
4 pound bone in ribeye roast
2 cups Fischer & Wieser Traditional Steak & Grilling Sauce

In a small bowl, mix black pepper, onion salt, garlic salt, hickory smoke salt, and rosemary. Rub ribeye with mixture. Sear all four sides of roast on a high heat. Place meat on a medium heat pit or smoker with bone side up. Using a grill thermometer, grill roast for 2 hours at 250° F. The last 3-5 minutes of cook time, continuously glaze meat with Fischer & Wieser Traditional Steak & Grilling Sauce. Serve with green beans and baked potatoes, if desired. Serves 6-8

Roast Beef Sandwich with Sweet Heat Mustard Dippin’ Sauce

What‘re you gonna’ fix when time is short and the guys (and gals) are starvin’? This fantastic hoagie’s the answer, with our Fischer & Wieser Sweet Heat Mustard to the rescue! You’ll want to keep it on hand for all kinds of sandwiches after you taste this!

Prep Time:  10 minutes
Cook Time:  2-4 minutes

  • ¼-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet Heat Mustard
  • 6 hoagie buns, split
  • 1-1/2 to 2 pounds deli sliced roast beef
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise and Fischer & Wieser Sweet Heat Mustard together. Cut rolls in half.  Place on a baking sheet. Spread rolls with mayonnaise and Fischer & Wieser Sweet Heat Mustard mixture. Layer with roast beef, tomato, red onion,  Provolone, black olives, and salt and pepper.  Broil 3 to 6 inches from heat source for 2 to 4 minutes (keep a constant eye on it) until cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown. Serve with extra mayonnaise and Fischer & Wieser Sweet Heat Mustard mixture as dippin’ sauce.  Serves 6
