Round up the family and have a pizza-making party! These quick and easy pizzas are so delicious – and fast – that everyone will want to be in on the fun.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 12-15 minutes
- 1 (12-inch) Boboli Pizza Crust
- 3/4 cup Mom’s Special Marinara
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup thin-sliced onion
- 3/4 cup thin-sliced green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 3 ounces sliced pepperoni
- 3 ounces bulk-style Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Boboli Pizza Crust on pizza pan. Spread the Mom’s Special Marinara over the crust. Scatter the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then repeat with remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Bake the pizza in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and scatter the Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza before slicing into eight wedges with pizza cutter or sharp knife. Serve hot. Makes 8 slices.

If you love hoagies, this Italian version is hard to beat! Mom’s Special Marinara Pasta Sauce gives these that extra special Italian flavor that’s savory, sumptuous, and satisfying!
Prep/Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
- 1 pound fresh Italian sausage links, sweet (mild) or hot
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup Mom’s Special Marinara Pasta Sauce
Brown sausages, turning 2 or 3 times, in a large skillet on medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add water and bring to a gentle simmer. Cover, reduce heat and continue simmering for 10 minutes. Drain sausages on paper towel. When cooled sufficiently, slice 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. If no oil or liquid remains in skillet, add up to 1 tablespoon oil. Increase heat to medium-high and add bell peppers, onion, oregano and basil. Cook, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender (about 5 minutes). Return sausage to skillet and add the Mom’s Special Marinara Pasta Sauce, then heat through.
To serve, hollow out bottoms of rolls and place sausage links in depression to fill. Top each with an equal amount of the vegetable and Mom’s Special Marinara Pasta Sauce and serve. Serves 4

Bock beer is generally a seasonal product, emerging in the spring, an especially great time to enjoy this recipe! Combining the flavor of the beer with our tasty Brat Haus Beer Mustard is just the spark needed to get over the winter doldrums.

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Cut the sausage into ½- inch thick rounds; set aside. Heat the canola oil in a heavy 12 inch skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add the sausage. Cook, stirring often, until sausage is lightly browned and has rendered its fat, about 10 minutes. Carefully pour off all fat from the skillet. Return skillet with sausage to medium heat and add the beer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to remove all browned bits of meat glaze. Stir in the Fischer & Wieser Brat Haus Beer Mustard , blending well. Cook, stirring often, until the liquid has reduced to a glaze, about 15 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 4

This tasty entree’ couldn’t be easier. With Mom’s Spicy Arrabbiata added to Italian sausage and linguine, all you need to add is your favorite tossed salad and a sparkling glass of wine for the perfect repast.
Prep/Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage links
- 10 ounces linguine pasta
- 1-1/2 cups Mom’s Spicy Arrabiata
- grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350° F. Place the sausage links on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 minutes (or until skin has turned completely brown). Place sausages on paper towels to drain, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
While sausage is baking, cook the pasta according to package directions, until al dente (cooked so as to be firm but not hard). Drain well. Heat the Mom’s Spicy Arrabbiata until hot. To serve, place a portion of the drained pasta on each serving plate. Ladle about one cup of the Mom’s Spicy Arrabiata over each serving of pasta. Arrange sliced sausage on each serving and scatter some of the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Serve hot. Serves 6

Prep Time: 25-30 minutes
Marinate Time: 15 minutes
Grill Time: 10-15 minutes
2-3 medium yellow squash, rinsed and sliced
1 medium onion, divided into petals
1 green bell pepper, cut into approximately 1/2″ x 1″ pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into approximately 1/2″ x 1″ pieces
6-8 mushrooms, rinsed and sliced
1 link beef or pork sausage, sliced
1-1/2 lbs. medium shrimp, deveined
1-3/4 cups Fischer & Wieser Papaya Lime Serrano Sauce
1-3/4 cups Fischer & Wieser Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce
Skewers (if wooden, soak 15 minutes before threading).
Prepare squash, onion, bell pepper, red bell pepper, mushrooms, sausage, and shrimp as indicated; marinate shrimp in Papaya Lime Serrano Sauce (15 minutes). Thread all ingredients, alternating as desired, onto skewers. (Soak skewers in water, if bamboo, before using, while shrimp is marinating.) Heat grill until coals are grey; place threaded skewers over fire; brush with Mango Ginger Habanero Sauce. Cook until shrimp loses its pink color, and sausage sizzles, approximately 10 minutes. Serve hot over rice, if desired. Serves 9-12

Whether you’re planning a get-together, or just need a quick lunch or dinner, you can’t go wrong with these wraps! If you don’t choose to grill these, just pop the sausages in the microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes, heat the tortillas for 30 seconds, and they’re ready!
Preheat gas or char grill. Grill sausages until thoroughly heated, approximately 20 minutes (10 minutes/side). Remove sausages or brats from grill; place on warm pie plate; cover with foil. Place flour tortillas on grill and warm. To serve, place one sausage or brat on each flour tortilla. Slather generously with Fischer & Wieser Brat Haus Beer Mustard. Roll up tortilla and serve. Whiskey and Raspberry Chipotle Sauce – you can’t go wrong!
Prep/Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and cook until heated through. Transfer to a small crock-pot turned to low heat when ready to serve. Provide toothpicks for spearing the wieners. Serves 6 to 8 as finger food.
