Prep Time: 5-10 min
Marinate Time: 1-2 hours
Grill Time: 10-15 minutes
- 2 pounds flank steak, flattened with mallet
- 1 cup chopped scallions
- salt and pepper to taste
Marinade:
Spread flattened flank steak with scallions, salt and pepper. Combine marinade ingredients. Roll up flank steak; marinate 1-2 hours or as long as you wish (for intense flavor), slice into pin wheels, skewer, grill, occasionally basting with marinade. Serves 4

For an easy gourmet entree, try this slow-simmered Italian offering. Serve over pasta or rice, with a green salad and Italian bread, and you’ve got a marvelous organic gourmet treat! Delizioso!
Melt butter in skillet; add chopped onion, green pepper, sliced seasoned cube steaks. Saute until onions are translucent and steaks are browned, approximately 10 minutes. If desired, place a crock pot liner in large capacity crock pot; place browned steak, onions, peppers in liner. Pour Mom’s Organic Garlic & Basil Spaghetti Sauce over all, and set crock pot on low. Cook for 8 to 10 hours, until steak is very tender.
Alternatively, pour Mom’s Organic Garlic & Basil Spaghetti Sauce over ingredients in skillet. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Add water 1/4 cup at a time as needed. Simmer 2 hours or until cube steak is tender.
Serve over pasta or rice. Serves 4

- 1 to 1-1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cubed
- 1 cup Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1″ x 1″ pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1″ x 1″ pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut in half, then into wedges and separated
- 2 cups sliced large mushrooms
Start coals in charcoal grill to allow to die down while preparing shish kebabs. Cut beef into cubes. Mix Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Vinaigrette with soy sauce. Pour over beef cubes and marinate 20 to 30 minutes. Cut up vegetables. After beef has marinated the allotted time, thread beef & vegetables onto skewers (if using bamboo, soak in water while meat is marinating). When coals are ready, grill shish kebabs 12 to 15 minutes, or until beef juices run clear when pierced. Brush with marinade 2 to 3 times per side while grilling. Serve with rice, if desired. Serves 6.

For a quick and easy meal try this tasty entrée using our rich-tasting Fischer & Wieser Harvest Apple Cider Glaze.
Prep/Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
4 tablespoons butter
1 (2-pound) ham steak
1 cup Fischer & Wieser Harvest Apple Cider Glaze
1-1/2 cups chicken stock, added a little at a time
Melt the butter in a heavy 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the ham steak and pour the Fischer & Wieser Harvest Apple Cider Glaze over the top. Cook the ham steak to brown on one side, about 10 minutes. As the sauce begins to thicken add the chicken stock and turn the ham steak over. Stir bottom of pan to release any browned bits of meat glaze. Cook for 10 additional minutes. Slice into individual portions and top with the glaze from the skillet. Serve hot. Serves 2 – 4

Just when you thought New York Strip couldn’t get any better!
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Roast Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Let roast stand at room temperature one hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 350º. At each string on top and bottom of roast, cut a ½ inch slit halfway through roast and place a garlic clove into each slit. Place roast in large pan. Coat roast with oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Reserve oil, salt and pepper left in pan. In a large skillet, over medium heat, sear roast ends, top and bottom over medium heat 30 seconds per side. Roll roast in reserved oil mixture. Place in roasting pan. Cook, uncovered, until color becomes dark brown, approximately 15 minutes per pound–1 hr. 15 min. – then cover with foil until internal temperature has reached 130º. Let roast stand 15 minutes before carving. Cut strings and serve roast with room-temperature Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Serves 6
